Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time Autumn Lake at Birch Manor | Sykesville, MD $43-$46/hour | Full-Time | Benefits We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time opportunity at Autumn Lake at Birch Manor. Work with residents to address communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary care team. What You'll Do Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities Develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and resident goals Provide skilled treatment for communication, cognition, and dysphagia Track resident progress and modify treatment approaches when appropriate Educate residents, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation Coordinate care with nursing and other rehabilitation disciplines What We Offer $43-$46/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Collaborative clinical environment Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional development Qualifications Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license required Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required New graduate Speech-Language Pathologists are welcome to apply If you're an SLP looking for a supportive full-time setting where you can make a meaningful impact on residents' communication and swallowing abilities, we'd love to hear from you.
