A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

This full-time contract position is designed for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for pediatrics and early childhood development. Serve diverse learners during the 2026-2027 school year, with flexible caseloads tailored to your experience and area of interest—from moderate to profound needs. The team welcomes both local applicants and travel professionals ready for their next adventure. Your qualifications and experience should include: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license (or the ability to obtain one prior to start) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CFs considered Experience with pediatric populations in school, early childhood, or clinical settings Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Key responsibilities include: Assessing and diagnosing communication disorders among K-12 students Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans according to IEP goals Collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists to enhance student progress Conducting group and individual therapy sessions, adjusting strategies as needed Documenting interventions and monitoring progress consistently in accordance with school policies In addition to making a meaningful impact, enjoy competitive weekly pay ranging from $40 to $60 an hour, along with comprehensive healthcare benefits and a 401(k) plan with company matching.
