Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of students with speech and language impairments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to diverse needs Lead therapy sessions focused on speech, language, and communication goals Track and meticulously document student progress and adjust interventions as needed Work in concert with teachers, specialists, and families to provide coordinated care Empower families through education and active participation in the therapy processDesired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution is required Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience in school-based or pediatric environments is highly valued Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Must have an active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology This contract role offers a competitive compensation package, extensive benefits, and access to seasoned advisory support, including SLP professionals in your state.
