Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact supporting students' communication development while advancing your speech-language pathology career in a rewarding educational setting. This contract opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in vibrant school environments, working closely with students, families, and staff to help each child reach their full potential.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Current or eligible SLP licensure for Maine Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) welcome, but clinical fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply Experience in school-based settings preferred, but not mandatory Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Passion for working with a diverse range of students
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in accordance with student IEPs Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and participate in multidisciplinary meetings Provide both direct therapy and consultative services Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
