Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (in Maine or eligible for reciprocity) Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred Ability to work effectively with students, families, and educational staff Excellent organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within a school setting Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed Provide support and education to families and caregivers Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school district policies
