With a full-time schedule, you'll collaborate with supportive colleagues and may gain exposure to a range of communication disorders. This position is expected to last about two months, with a possible extension for the full school year. An SLPA will be onsite to support the caseload, ensuring a team-oriented approach. The role is strictly onsite, enhancing opportunities for hands-on collaboration.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state license for Maine or eligibility to obtain Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered Prior experience in school settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students onsite Assess, diagnose, and develop IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams Communicate progress with students, staff, and families Supervise and collaborate with the onsite SLPA as needed Maintain necessary documentation and compliance standards
