Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Holds or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus, but not required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Compassion, patience, and a collaborative approach to supporting students and staff.

Role Responsibilities:

Assess students' speech, language, and communication needs through standardized tests and informal measures. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to each student. Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in group settings. Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote students' academic and social success. Maintain accurate records in alignment with district and state requirements. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute constructive input to multidisciplinary teams. Stay current with best practices in school-based speech therapy and complete required professional development.
