Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state license to practice as an

SLP ASHA

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Previous experience in schools preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to advocating for students' communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations, assessments, and deliver individualized speech and language therapy Develop and implement goals for students with speech-language disorders Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans Deliver both group and one-on-one therapy sessions as required
