For the 20262027 school year, youll work with students in grades K12, providing essential speech and language services within a supportive school environment. Caseload assignments are thoughtfully determined based on your experience and preferences, with students ranging from those with moderate needs to more profound challenges. Qualifications and Experience Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current SLP licensure for the state of Maine or eligibility to obtain Experience working with pediatric populations, especially early childhood and elementary school students Strong understanding of IEP development, documentation, and implementation Ability to effectively manage varying caseloads and work with interdisciplinary teams Excellent communication and organizational skills Key Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy for students in grades K12, tailored to individual education plans (IEPs) Conduct assessments, develop goals, and track progress for assigned students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students overall success Develop and implement creative, engaging therapy activities that address a range of speech and language needs Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes Benefits and Perks Enjoy competitive weekly pay between $40 and $60 an hour, comprehensive healthcare benefits, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.
