This full-time, on-site opportunity welcomes travel professionals eager to support childrens growth and communication abilities in a dynamic educational environment. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred Strong understanding of IEP implementation, documentation, and progress monitoring Excellent communication skills to collaborate with students, staff, and families Flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEP meetings Consult with teachers, parents, and other support staff to integrate interventions effectively Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust therapy as needed Support and educate school staff on communication strategies and accommodations Contribute positively to multidisciplinary teams through case management and collaboration
