Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a genuine impact supporting students' communication development in a dynamic school-based setting near Wilton, ME. We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work full-time for the entire school year on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to help students build foundational speech, language, and social skills that will serve them in the classroom and beyond. You will deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services, collaborating with educators and other specialists to create an encouraging, inclusive learning environment. Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active SLP license (or ability to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and/or open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates Previous school-based experience a plus, but not required Strong understanding of IEPs, assessment tools, and therapy techniques

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reporting Maintain accurate documentation and records per local and federal requirements This full-time contract SLP role offers competitive hourly rates between $50 and $60, giving you flexibility and security across the full school year.
