Desired Experience & Skills:

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY considered) Strong background in school-based SLP services and pediatric care Experience with teletherapy platforms highly valued Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation Ability to thrive independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in children Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Deliver both in-person and teletherapy services based on student need Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure consistent support Maintain thorough records and necessary documentation in compliance with school requirements Serve as an advocate and resource for speech-language needs across the center-based program
