Job Description

Step into an engaging opportunity providing speech-language pathology services within a dynamic K-12 educational environment. This contract position offers a chance to support a diverse student population and collaborate with multidisciplinary education professionals in a vibrant and supportive school community.

Key Qualifications:

Active, current Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP) Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours/week), though part-time availability will also be considered

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver onsite speech and language therapy to students in grades K-12 Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement evidence-based interventions Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and school support staff to ensure comprehensive student support Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP and parent meetings, offering expertise to support student outcomes Provide consultative support and resources to faculty and families as needed This contract spans from August 31, 2026, through June 4, 2027. All services must be performed onsite; virtual or remote options are not available. Please note, this assignment does not accept Clinical Fellows (CFs); only fully licensed SLPs will be considered.
