Qualifications:

Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan Open to both CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations, particularly K-12 students Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school personnel Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines Support inclusive learning environments for students with diverse communication needs Enjoy the satisfaction that comes from fostering communication skills and confidence in students.
