9666535-48348 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students by providing speech-language therapy services in a vibrant school environment. In this role, you'll collaborate with passionate educators and families to make a lasting impact on children's communication abilities, whether working in-person or via teletherapy. You'll address a range of pediatric needs and support diverse learners with evidence-based practices.
Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress Active (or eligible) state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Experience in school-based, pediatric, or teletherapy settings preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt strategies to meet student IEP goals and a variety of learning needs Collaborative attitude and commitment to supporting educational teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with varying abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals for effective intervention Deliver direct therapy sessions in-person or remotely to support student growth Provide consultation and resources to teachers, staff, and parents regarding speech and language development Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and services provided Participate in IEP meetings, team collaboration, and professional development as needed
