Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology Demonstrated expertise in pediatric and school-based SLP services Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Previous experience in a school or healthcare setting working with children is preferred
