9598582-48228 Job Description Empower students to reach their full communication potential in a dynamic school-based setting near Detroit, MI. Work as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing services from September 1st through June 16th, 2027, on a full-time contract basis (8am-3:30pm). This enriching opportunity supports an ASD program spanning three buildingselementary, middle, and high schoolserving K-10th grade students. Youll make a measurable difference in the lives of 35-40 students by primarily delivering push-in services that foster inclusive learning environments.

Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license for the state of Michigan or eligibility for Michigan licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Familiarity with pediatric populations, especially in school or healthcare settings Experience with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) populations is highly valued Collaborative approach to working with educational teams and families Ability to manage a diverse student caseload across multiple grade levels and buildings

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services, primarily within classroom (push-in) settings Assess students communication abilities and develop individualized goals Collaborate closely with teachers, aides, and school staff to support student achievement Evaluate, monitor, and document student progress, adapting interventions as needed Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of service plans Support inclusive education and facilitate communication strategies for students with
