This school-based contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students build the communication skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom. We welcome applications from experienced clinicians, recent graduates, and Clinical Fellows (CFs). Qualifications Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply with mentorship and support available Previous pediatric or school-based experience is a plus Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Responsibilities Provide speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to students with diverse communication needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with measurable goals Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student services Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines Benefits Weekly W-2 pay
