Key Qualifications:

Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF) Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-based caseloads Skilled in assessment, intervention planning, and delivering therapy to children from kindergarten through 12th grade Collaborative spirit with strong communication and organizational skills

What You'll Do:

Deliver speech-language services in person to students, supporting their academic and personal success Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs Develop engaging and individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed Maintain accurate records and document progress in accordance with school guidelines Work closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students needs are met Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to inform service delivery Remain current with best practices in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology Enjoy the opportunity to shape young lives while building your clinical skills in a welcoming, school-based setting.
