e2138-48823 Job Description Make a real impact working with pediatric students as a speech-language pathologist at a friendly, supportive school-based setting near East Lansing, MI. This is a full-time position, perfect for both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and seasoned SLPs looking to broaden their experience. What you'll need to bring: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Valid Michigan state licensure for SLP practice, or eligibility to obtain Pediatric experience in school settings is highly valued Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Passion for supporting diverse student populations Key responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for student success Maintaining accurate documentation in line with school and professional standards Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student progress reviews Providing education and resources to staff and families on speech-language development In addition to making a meaningful difference every day, you'll enjoy robust benefits: health and dental insurance, a company-matched 401(k), and competitive weekly pay.
