Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting students and staff as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for a 12-week maternity leave coverage near Farmington, MI. Scheduled to start in November and continue through February, this full-time role is ideal for professionals passionate about making a measurable difference in school-based settings.

Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date) Experience delivering speech and language services in school environments Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to a diverse K-12 population Assess, diagnose, and write comprehensive evaluations in accordance with state and federal regulations Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families Maintain timely, accurate records of sessions, progress, and administrative paperwork Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success Ensure continuity of care throughout the duration of the contract Why work this assignment?
