A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support a Preschool Program for the 2026-2027 school year.

Job Details:

Position:

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / Clinical Fellow (CF) /

SLPA Term:

2026-2027 School Year (Full School Year)

Schedule:

Full-Time | 35 Hours/Week (5 days/week, 7 hours/day)

Caseload:

Preschool program (3- and 4-year-olds)

Candidate Eligibility:

Open to

SLP-CCC, CFY

candidates, licensed

SLPAs, and Travel Therapists Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to preschool-aged students (ages 3-4) Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring Develop, write, and implement IEP goals tailored to early childhood developmental needs Participate in IEP team meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents Maintain accurate, timely documentation and service logs

Qualifications:

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Communication Disorders (as applicable by role) Active or eligible State

SLP / SLPA

License Experience or strong interest in early childhood/preschool settings preferred CF-friendly with strong clinical mentorship/supervision available
