Responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary-aged students. Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs). Providing direct therapy to students, addressing a range of speech, language, and communication needs. Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student progress. Maintaining thorough and compliant documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress reports. Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to a supportive educational environment. To succeed in this role, you should offer: A valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License. The Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Demonstrated experience or specific interest in working within a school setting at the elementary level. Strong communication skills and a commitment to working with a diverse student population.
