Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Qualifications:
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) State of Michigan SLP licensure (or eligibility) Experience working with pediatric and PK-8 caseloads preferred School-based SLP experience highly valued Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 50 students across two buildings (PK-1 and grades 2-8)
Schedule:
PK-1, 7:45am-4:15pm; Grades 2-8, 7:15am-3:45pm (start/end times negotiable) Complete evaluations, develop IEPs, and document progress in compliance with school and state guidelines Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student development Participate in onboarding prior to the school year for seamless acclimation to the team and environment
