$50-$65/hour (paid weekly), based on experience and qualifications. Employees who work fewer than 30 hours per week are considered part-time and are eligible for AnthroMed's 401(k) retirement plan. We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite support three days per week to Early Childhood or Elementary students in Melvindale, Michigan. There are currently two opportunities available for part-time employees, however full-time employees are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Provide part-time speech and language services three days per week to either early childhood or elementary aged students. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students' communication skills across both classroom and individual settings. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders. Utilize IEP system for IEP management and compliance. AnthroMed.education Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing). Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.
