Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist - PRN We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team in Lake Orion, Michigan on a PRN basis. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who values flexibility and enjoys working with patients in a collaborative rehabilitation environment. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans Provide treatment for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as appropriate Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and members of the care team Work collaboratively with PT, OT, nursing, and other healthcare professionals Provide quality, patient-centered care Qualifications Current Michigan SLP license in good standing Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program ASHA certification preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Reliable and professional approach to patient care Why Join Our Team?
