Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and creativity, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards. Assist in supervising kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to maintain efficient operations during shifts. Oversee food production processes, ensuring proper handling, storage, and inventory control of ingredients. Manage food safety protocols by adhering to sanitation standards and conducting regular kitchen inspections. Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment that fosters teamwork and high performance. Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Demonstrated supervising or team management experience in a culinary environment. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory management, and kitchen operations. Skilled in culinary techniques including cooking, food handling, and presentation. Knowledge of menu planning, shift management, and restaurant operations is essential.
