In this engaging role, you'll split your time between working with high schoolers at the start of the year and early childhood students later on, allowing you to make an impact across a range of ages and developmental stages. Your expertise will help shape communication skills, boost confidence, and create positive learning experiences for learners with speech and language needs. You'll collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals in a welcoming educational environment.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in speech and communication disorders Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in Michigan Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Experience working with both early childhood and high school populations is a plus

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with educators and parents for integrated support Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports Transition seamlessly from high school caseloads (August 24 - November) to early childhood caseloads (November 3 - February 5)
