Full-Time 5 × 7.5-hour shifts per week Day schedule aligned with school hours
Job Duration:
13 Weeks (through end of school year)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a school-based setting. This role focuses on providing speech and language services to preschool and elementary-aged students, helping them achieve communication and developmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide therapy services to preschool and elementary students Manage and prioritize a caseload of approximately 50 students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Support students with speech-only and developmental needs
Required Experience & Skills:
Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting Strong knowledge of speech and language development Ability to manage a moderate to high caseload Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Required Active SLP License (Michigan)
  • Required ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
