Job Description We are seeking two onsite Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in Pontiac, Michigan, with the potential for ESY opportunities during the 2025-2026 summer session as well. These positions will primarily support elementary and middle school students; however, candidates should be comfortable serving students across PreK-12th grade as needed. SLPs will be expected to independently manage all responsibilities associated with a school-based caseload.

Caseload:

Primarily elementary and middle school, with possible PreK-12th grade support

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments Provide direct therapy services Develop and manage IEP goals and documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families Maintain compliance with district and state guidelines Independently manage scheduling and caseload responsibilities Candidates may structure their schedules based on the school day and assigned building needs.
