Key Qualifications:

Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Recent experience in school-based settings strongly preferred Ability to conduct thorough student evaluations and assessments Knowledge of IEP processes and proven case management skills Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage an assigned caseload that remains well below state maximums (under 60 students) Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Deliver targeted speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families for student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
