The ideal candidate will have experience working in home health settings and with geriatric populations, providing essential speech therapy services to elderly population. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating swallowing and speech disorders, ensuring that each patient receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate swallowing, speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals. Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions for patients with various disorders. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support patient progress and ensure effective communication strategies are in place.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical terminology standards. Educate patients and families about speech disorders, treatment options, and strategies for improvement. Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist. Experience working in home health settings is preferred. Knowledge of geriatric speech therapy practices and intervention techniques. Proficient in patient assessment methodologies and medical terminology. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Pay:
