Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress Experience with pediatric and school-based populations (K-12) Background in teletherapy or willingness to integrate virtual service delivery Knowledgeable in developing and implementing IEPs Michigan licensure (or eligibility) required

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to identify student needs and develop targeted intervention plans Deliver both direct and remote therapy sessions to K-12 students Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student success Maintain compliant and timely documentation of sessions and progress Offer guidance to staff and families on communication strategies and student-specific supports Regularly participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
