Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Willow Behavior Specialists is seeking a passionate and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing pediatric team. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. At Willow, we believe communication is so much more than spoken words. In person Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for pediatric clients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's communication needs and goals Provide direct speech and language therapy services Support expressive and receptive language, social communication, articulation, and functional communication Support AAC and alternative forms of communication when appropriate Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Provide caregiver education, recommendations, and support Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and treatment planning Help create an environment where every child's communication is recognized and respected Qualifications Current or eligible for Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist licensure Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related qualifying field ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), when applicable Experience working with pediatric clients preferred Experience working with autistic and neurodivergent children and/or AAC is a plus Strong communication, organization, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Compassionate, flexible, and child-centered approach to care Why Willow?
