A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

•HIRING BONUS•Join Our Team! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to high school-aged students in a supportive school-based setting. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop the communication skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and beyond graduation. Position Details Full-time, Monday through Friday School-based setting serving high school students Competitive compensation Collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team Consistent school schedule with holidays and breaks Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other related service providers. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (if applicable). Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning. Support students with a variety of communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language skills. Qualifications Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Michigan. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. Why Join Us?
