Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to provide teletherapy services in a school setting for a transition program serving students aged 18 to 26. This role involves delivering specialized speech therapy using telespeech methods to support communication development for young adults preparing for life beyond school.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering teletherapy speech-language services aligned with individual student needs Collaborating with educational staff to develop and implement speech-language treatment plans Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions to maximize communication outcomes Maintaining compliance with professional standards and state regulations Qualifications preferred: Current Michigan license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Experience in telespeech and teletherapy service delivery Familiarity with transition programs serving young adults aged 18 to 26 This position is a contract role, requiring availability two days per week, with an immediate start and commitment through the end of the school year. Remote service delivery will provide flexibility while ensuring impactful therapy services for students.
