Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current state SLP licensure (or ability to obtain before start) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged Experience in pediatric and school-based settings is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language services for an elementary caseload (45-55 students, grades K-5) Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual students Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals Document progress, manage caseload efficiently, and contribute to IEP meetings Maintain professional standards and compliance with state/federal requirements
