Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in early childhood and elementary school settings Ability to independently manage and prioritize a caseload with varied needs Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Previous school-based or educational setting experience is highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy to K12 students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each students communication and academic goals Maintain accurate records, complete documentation, and participate in IEP meetings Adapt therapy interventions to meet the varying developmental and cultural needs of students
