Job Description

Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Proven experience providing speech and language therapy in pediatric or school settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working closely with diverse students, staff, and families Ability to develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Deliver direct therapy services, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each student Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success Maintain detailed, timely documentation and progress reports in line with district and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development opportunities Enjoy the unique rewards of supporting children in their growth while working alongside other dedicated professionals in a supportive school community.
