Desired Qualifications:

Active Michigan SLP license required Schools or pediatric experience strongly preferred Open to candidates with SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide both individual and group interventions, working closely with classroom educators Track student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration Serve as a resource for parents and staff on communication strategies
