9484750-49461 Job Description Make a difference in young lives by providing expert speech-language services in an engaging elementary school environment. This is a full-time, onsite contract position for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist interested in supporting students in the Muskegon area throughout the 20262027 academic year. Your expertise will not only enhance student communication skills within public schools, but also extend to non-public schools supported by the district. Your background and training as a school-based SLP will enable you to deliver critical assessments, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a passionate team. Your day-to-day will offer variety as you work closely with students, educators, and families to help children reach their fullest potential.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Michigan Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Prior experience in a school setting, especially with elementary-age students Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance Ability to provide services both to public and non-public school students Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
