Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting K-12 students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist near Whitehall, Michigan. This role invites those with a passion for communication sciences to provide expert services within a school setting. Whether you're an experienced SLP with CCC or a Clinical Fellow seeking your first contract (supervision available), your expertise will make a tangible difference over the academic year through June 2027. What you'll bring: Current Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license (LARA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) Experience or strong interest in serving K-12 populations in a school environment Skilled in therapy planning, assessment, and IEP participation Compassionate, organized, and effective communicator comfortable collaborating with educators and families Key responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across all grade levels Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' needs Work collaboratively with faculty, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reporting Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student support initiatives Look forward to a role that cultivates professional growth and meaningful engagement.
