Key Requirements:

Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) Experience working with early childhood or preschool-aged students is highly desirable Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy practices Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff Flexibility and compassion in adapting developmental approaches

Role Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to preschool children following IEP goals and school guidelines Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and track student progress Work closely with educators and families to support carryover of communication strategies across settings Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for student success Maintain timely and compliant documentation of services and outcomes Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
