Description Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time or Part-Time Woodhaven, MI | Skilled Nursing Facility Concept Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Woodhaven, MI . We have Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available for an SLP who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients while working with a supportive therapy team. What You'll Do Provide skilled speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Complete documentation and maintain accurate patient records Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members Help patients improve communication, swallowing, safety, and overall quality of life What We're Looking For Current Michigan SLP license or eligibility ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience in a SNF, rehab, or geriatric setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach Why Join Concept Rehab?
