What We're Looking For:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP. Experience delivering SLP services in educational settings (K-12 strongly preferred). Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech and language disorders. Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families. Commitment to onsite, full-time availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school professionals to support student growth. Maintain detailed records and track progress to inform future interventions. Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and support documentation as required. Foster a positive, inclusive environment where students feel comfortable and supported.
