r44823-55301 Job Description Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services for an early childhood caseload in a school-based setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners during a temporary leave assignment while making a meaningful impact on their communication development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with preschool-aged children and be passionate about helping students build the speech, language, and communication skills necessary for success both in and out of the classroom. Position Details Part-time position Onsite only Leave coverage assignment Early Childhood caseload Key Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy services Conduct evaluations and assessments as needed Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Support student success through evidence-based intervention strategies Qualifications Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Minnesota SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous school-based or early childhood experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with young children and educational teams Why Join Us?
