Key Qualifications:
Current, valid state licensure as an SLP or SLPA (or eligibility for MN licensure) Experience or strong interest in school-based speech therapy Teletherapy experience a plus, but not required Recent graduates (CFYs) and seasoned professionals both encouraged to apply SLPA background in school or healthcare settings is highly valued Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language services to students in school settings (in-person and/or via teletherapy) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and school teams Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings Support students' communication goals and foster their academic success
