You'll engage with a diverse caseload at a single site near Big Lake, MN, providing specialized support in communication and language development. Your week will be structured across 40 hours, Monday through Friday, delivering both small group and one-on-one services. Youll collaborate closely with educational staff and families, ensuring each student receives the individualized attention they deserve. The role offers a balance of direct intervention, evaluations, and participation in IEP meetings, making each day rewarding and impactful.

Ideal qualifications include:

Active Minnesota SLP License Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings encouraged, but strong entry-level candidates welcome Familiarity with the IEP process, developing goals, and documentation requirements Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt and respond to the needs of children in an educational environment Key responsibilities: Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for assigned students Participate in multidisciplinary IEP meetings and collaborate on goal setting Provide small group and individual speech-language therapy sessions tailored to student needs Maintain thorough progress documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other school staff This contract position provides a chance to play an essential role in student achievement and development.
