Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP in Minnesota Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required Previous school-based SLP experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school setting Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams Provide engaging therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs Document progress and maintain accurate student records
