You'll collaborate closely with school staff and families, providing impactful services to help children build confident communication skills. What we're looking for: Completion of a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Minnesota SLP license (or the ability to obtain) Strong communication and organizational skills Experience or strong interest in working with preschool and school-aged children Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs is a plus Flexibility and a collaborative attitude Your responsibilities will include: Conducting speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations Identifying students' needs and developing tailored intervention plans Collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team and classroom staff Writing comprehensive progress notes, IEP documentation, and reports Engaging families in the therapy process for optimal student outcomes Supporting students in both individual and group settings Creating engaging, therapeutic activities and tracking student progress You'll find an encouraging, supportive atmosphere where your expertise will be valued and your contributions truly make a difference.
